The 4-week test
- Pick one platform. Add the second only after four weeks.
- Set a fixed budget before you start. Paid platforms let you cap daily spend.
- Track one number for the goal you chose. Write it down on day 1 and day 28.
- Ask every new customer how they found you. Their answer shows what the dashboards miss.
- After 28 days, keep it if the number moved. Change the message or the platform if it did not.

Platform audiences and ad tools change often, and some ad products are not open in every country. Check each platform's ad sign-up page and your own customers' habits before spending money. Spotify and Amazon Ads are left out because they are not a practical starting point for most local businesses.
